Capability Training
The first capability testing training session, conducted under the guidance of KS Agri, took place in July at a participating landowner’s farm within our project. This training session, dedicated to soil and freshwater testing, aimed to enhance the proficiency of our team and NPRoR personnel, enabling them to autonomously carry out future testing endeavours.
Landowner engagements
Introductory meetings were conducted between the project team and landowners to introduce the Whenua Māori Farm Planning Project in detail. The primary goal of these discussions was to establish strong, collaborative relationships and evaluate whether the participating landowners fully met the specific criteria for meaningful inclusion in the project and its initiatives.
